Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to request a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received.
- Proof of purchase is required.

- Once your return has been accepted, we will send you the instructions and return address.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or we have made a mistake in your order.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Need a different item? Simply return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take longer to process and ship your refund.
